Terms & Conditions
All animals accepted at the owner's risk.
WE ARE REQUIRED TO SEE YOUR CAT/S CURRENT VACCINATION CERTIFICATE SUPPLIED BY YOUR VET.
This vaccination is against feline flu and enteritis. This vaccination MUST be up to date for the duration of your cat/s stay.
If you fail to produce an up to date vaccination certificate or you cat/s are not fully up to date we will not be able to except your cat/s into the Cattery.
Please inform us of any notable medical treatment/s your cat/s are receiving or have received in the past.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CAT/S FLEA AND WORM TREATMENT IS UP TO DATE AND WE WILL NEED TO NOTE THE DATE OF THE LAST TREATMENT. In the unlikely event that we find a flea on your cat/s, we shall inform you on your return. However, if fleas are found the cat/s will be treated by a veterinary approved flea treatment and will be charged at your own expense. But please do not be offended by this as modern fleas are becoming immune to some of the older flea treatment.
All cat/s must be Neutered or Spade by the time they are 1 year old.
Any cat suffering from a contagious disease or infection will not be accepted to stay in the cattery.
Diabetic cat/s are accepted at our discretion and we can inject with insulin. However, we are not trained vets.
CONTACT WHILST AWAY: You MUST supply us with a contact whilst you are away. This MUST include a contact other than yourself. We are required to have a name, address and contact number/e-mail of this other contact.
The chalets, litter trays, food/water bowls and bedding are cleaned to a very high standard, daily and in between bookings. This ensures that the possibility of any cross infection being passed between cats is minimised.
You are welcome to provide extra bedding, toys etc, but this is at the owner's risk.
During your cat/s stay with us, we will feed your cat at no extra cost. However, if your cat/s have special dietary requirements, we ask that you bring their food with you for their entire stay.
Customers are required to sign a disclosure form on arrival at the cattery. This allows us to seek vetinary treatment/advise for your cat/s if any unforeseen emergencies occur. In the unlikely event that your cat/s has to be taken to the vets, we shall inform you or your other contact ASAP. Any unforeseen vetinary treatment will be charged at your own expense.
WHEN BOOKING PLEASE ADVISE US IF YOU HAVE PET INSURANCE.
BOOKINGS: Advanced reservations are accepted and advised.

We reserve the right to cancel such bookings. Please note, if you wish to cancel your cat/s stay, this must be done by email or by writing, or the full amount must be paid.
It is always advisable to book as early as possible for the very busy summer, Easter, Winter holidays, Bank Holidays and School Holidays. As many of you know we are a very popular Cattery and have high demand for the the quality care we offer.
